RAYHOBBY & STUDIO
di
Bruno Vaiano
"komusai"

-Thanks to the services of our good Tai Ho Ma in HK,i've  had the honour and privilege to visit for a quick recon the studio of the famous Ray Ng, 2015 GBWC finalist , artist and gunpla art teacher.

-The Master  was able to see us even  if he was busy with a pupil, and on top of allowing us to take some pictures,  he wanted to exchange a couple of Q&A with us.

-In particular  the Master  was really impressed by gunpla popularity in Italy, noting  how our country is the Only( for now) European nation with  an official Bandai importer, and able to send regularly a national  representative to the finals in Japan.

-he then made some considerations  on the building techniques,  highlighting how sometimes  very good " works" can  be penalised by an obvious  lack of precision when  applying "builders parts " or details,  as sometimes  western builders seem to work in approximative manner: an unacceptable  mistake  for the Master, that fully embodies the culture  for maniacal attention  to details and proportions practiced and tought  In  hk and in Japan .

-We now leave you with the pictures,
Hoping to repeat  in the future this experience and maybe learn some new  technique! !
