Grazie ai servigi del buon Tai Ho Ma di Hong Kong ho avuto l'onore e il  privilegio di visitare, in un lampo, lo studio del mitico Ray Ng, finalista del GBWC 2015, artista e insegnante  di gunpla art .

-Thanks to the services of our good Tai Ho Ma in HK,i've  had the honour and privilege to visit for a quick recon the studio of the famous Ray Ng, 2015 GBWC finalist , artist and gunpla art teacher.

Il maestro  ci ha ricevuti  nonostante fosse impegnato con un allievo e oltre a permetterci di fare qualche foto, ha voluto scambiare qualche domanda con noi.

-The Master  was able to see us even  if he was busy with a pupil, and on top of allowing us to take some pictures,  he wanted to exchange a couple of Q&A with us.

In particolare il maestro  é rimasto  molto colpito dalla popolarità dei gunpla in Italia,  notando come il nostro sia l'unico paese Europeo (almeno per ora) ad avere un importatore ufficiale e che riesca a mandare regolarmente un rappresentante nazionale alle finali in Giappone.

-In particular  the Master  was really impressed by gunpla popularity in Italy,noting  how our country is the Only( for now) European nation with  an official Bandai importer, and able to send regularly a national  representative to the finals in Japan.

Si è poi soffermato sulla tecnica di costruzione sottolineando come talvolta buoni lavori vengono penalizzati da una ovvia mancanza di "precisione" in fase di applicazione di "builders parts" o dettagli, in quanto a volte i builders occidentali sembrano andare " a occhio" ... Un errore inaccettabile per il maestro,  che rispecchia la cultura dell'attenzione  maniacale per i dettagli e proporzioni  praticata e insegnata a HK e in Japan.

-he then made some considerations  on the building techniques,  highlighting how sometimes  very good " works" can  be penalised by an obvious  lack of precision when  applying "builders parts " or details,  as sometimes  western builders seem to work in approximative manner: an unacceptable  mistake  for the Master, that fully embodies the culture  for maniacal attention  to details and proportions practiced and tought  In  hk and in Japan .
